We have an update on the daily operations at the Delek refinery in Tyler.

The Tyler refinery that lost two workers in a fatal explosion says it wont return to normal until next Spring.

Delek says regular operations will not start back up until May that's when repairs from the deadly explosion are expected to be complete.

Company officials say the work will probably cost about thirty million dollars.

Employees Dale Sharman and Jim Hammett both died from injuries they sustained in the explosion.

At least five workers have filed a lawsuit against the refinery.
