Diboll Day festivities kick off this Saturday

AS REPORTED IN THE LUFKIN DAILY NEWS:
Diboll Day 2010 will kick off at 9 a.m. on Saturday, with festivities including a parade, food and vendor booths, and plenty of fun for all visitors.
Since it began in 1953, Diboll Day fundraisers have generated $4.8 million for the community.
Projects funded by Diboll Day include public swimming pools, the youth baseball complex, Old Orchard Park, a day care center, library and many other projects for youth and senior citizens.
Held every other year, Diboll Day draws between 5,000 to 7,000 visitors to the community.
