Do You Think Same-Sex Marriage Should ONLY Be Approved By Individual States By Voters?
I think anything pertaining to the state of Texas should be decided by Texas voters and no one else

1 day agoYou can shout. You can yell. And hey, you can even think that because you are louder than us, that you are winning the battle for gay marriages, but you are wrong.
Most of Americans detest gay marraiges. Aside from religion, it still does not have any footholds in American government. Stop whinning! You still have a right to marry, just someone for the opposite sex. You are not being discriminated against! If everyone got what they wanted by shouting discrimination, what kind of society would we have?
Just because you are louder and more violent than the rest of us does not mean that you are winning. Take a look around. You are losing. Americans stand on the firm belief that marriage is between a man and a woman. If you amend that marriage is between whatever you want: who next will go marry a goat? It is silly and disgusting to think that this will be accepted in our society.
Gay people have the right to choose what they do and how they live. If they want to live together. Go ahead. If they want to have sex with each other. Go ahead. If they want to parade down the streets looking like rainbows. Go ahead. But you will not recieve an amendment that America accepts your actions.
We are all sinners, but we cannot condone the sin.

1 week agoNO WAY THAT STATES SHOULD VOTE YES OR NO ON WHO CAN MARRY. TOO MANY SOUTHERN STATES ARE RUN BY RELIGION AND THAT IS NOT RIGHT. I AM SO SICK OF ALL THIS "THE BIBLE SAYS" STUFF. THE BIBLE SAYS MANY THINGS, LIKE-KEEPING THE BLOODLINE PURE THROUGH INCEST, A MAN HAS THE RIGHT TO STONE HIS NEW BRIDE TO DEATH IN HER FATHER'S DOORWAY IF THE HUSBAND SUSPECTS SHE WAS NOT A VIRGIN, WE ARE NOT TO EAT SHELLFISH OR PORK!! WHY DO WE NOT GO BY ALL OF THESE? THE ANSWER IS BECAUSE WE ARE NOT STILL TRYING TO LIVE IN THE YEAR 50 LIKE THE TALIBAN WISHES THE ENTIRE WOULD WOULD DO!!!

3 weeks agoEvery time you go against the Bible we as a Christian Nation pay for it. God tells us so. From social diseases, HIV. Don't think we will not pay for this too. NO GAY MARRIAGES. God created Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Steve.

3 weeks agoAre you serious with that? This is NOT a "christian nation." READ THE CONSTITUTION. It MANDATES a separation of church and state, hence why "blasphemy" is protected as free speech, prayer isn't sanctioned in public schools, and why "One Nation Under God" and "In God We Trust" will soon be taken off of our pledge and money (they were put there NOT at the nation's founding, but during the Civil War, and 1954 respectively). Hence why also, the Supreme Court WILL strike down same-sex marriage bans, as they violate the 14th Amendment. Keep your religous beliefs, but you cannot impose them on others. Plain and simple.

3 weeks agoAre you serious with that? This is NOT a "christian nation." READ THE CONSTITUTION. If this were a "christian nation," we would not have free speech becuase it's 'blasphemy.' The Constitution instead MANDATES a separation of church and state. Same-sex marriage bans are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This is not about your religious beliefs, so get over it.

3 weeks agoHomosexual behavior is obviously deviant and repugnant to most individuals in our society. If inserting ones penis in another individuals rectum is not deviant, then it would be hard to know what is. Of course, if all people were homosexuals or lesbians, then our society would soon vanish from the Earth. I do not stand in judgement of these people, but they are what they are, deviants.
