A U.S. watchdog group has determined the Department of Defense broke the law when the swap for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was made earlier this year.

According to a decision posted to the U.S. Government Accountability Office's page, Congress should have been notified 30 days prior to the swap of Berghdahl for five Guantanamo Bay detainees.

The decision violated the Antideficiency Act and section 8111 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act.

I glad GOD spoke to President Obama's heart and gave him the strength to do what ever he had to do to bring our soldier home.

Broke the law?

Why I'm shocked. And who is in charge of the Dod?

Why Obama! It was done on HIS ORDERS.
