Douglass student stabbed returning from field trip

nacogdoches county — One East Texas student was injured after a knife was allegedly pulled on a Douglass school bus, according to Nacogdoches County Sheriff officials.
The victim was stabbed in the leg with a pocketknife during the drive back from a field trip. The bus was in the school parking lot when it happened.
The student was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities have not yet interview the suspect, and his name has not been released.
