This is what a sick justice system does about drunk driving recividism...turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to a disaster-in-the-making...until a chronic alcoholic kills someone else, they're given light or no sentences, are back out on the street, and are no better than a ticking time-bomb. Any judge or jury that lets a drunk drive a car has blood on their collective hands if someone is killed by a drunk behind the wheel!
