Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting: A suspected drunk driver ran his Cadillac Escalade sports utility vehicle into the back of a Lufkin school bus Monday morning. The bus driver and eight children on the bus were not injured, according to a school official.

Lufkin ISD Transportation Director Kelly Wesley said the bus was stopped in the 800 block of Abney Avenue when the SUV driven by Richard Flores, 25, failed to stop and crashed into the back of the bus.
