Drunk driver kills one, sends another to a Dallas hospital

TYLER — A major traffic accident Friday night, where alcohol was involved has killed a 12 year old girl and left a 9-year old in critical condition.
Tyler Police say the accident happened at the intersection of West Gentry and North Bois D'Arc.
Police say Jesus Ernesto Soto, 33, was arrested and booked into the Smith County jail on one count of intoxicated manslaughter and one count of intoxicated assault.
