Troup — A pre-dawn grassfire kept Troup firefighters busy this morning.

The fire was called in a little after 3 a.m. this morning near the intersection of Georgia Street and Colle Street next to the railroad tracks.

Firefighters tell KETK the fire was put out between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.

No word on any injuries.
