Longview, TX — A Pittsburg road has reopened after an early morning train derailment.

Officials closed a section of FM 556, also called Clayton Street, between Texas and Rusk streets after one of the train’s cars came off the track in that area.

Train employees on the scene would not comment as to why the train car might have derailed.
