JACKSONVILLE - Some East Texans are without care and without their medications after one clinic shuts it's doors unexpectedly.

The owners of the clinic tells KETK, Physicians at Home, a Tyler based company was working out of the Stripling Clinic in Jacksonville.

Patients tell KETK last month when they called the clinic they would listen to a recording that the facility had an emergency shutdown.

We tried to contact the owner of physicians at home, who never returned our calls.

One former patient tells KETK the whole issue has left him, a little frustrated.

"It's like they didn't care all they wanted was the money. You can't tell me they didn't know that they were closing."

By the way owner of the clinic says she had no idea the manager was going to pack up and leave.

She says they've already found another doctor for the many patients the clinic had and it should be reopened March 26th.

she seems to be concerned with herself and what she wants and not the people that depended on her. she found what she wanted and went after it and now someone else's life will be in ruins because of her!!!

i happen to know that this comment and the one under it are the same person trying to give the owner of pah a bad reputation i know this because i am close friends with this person and i do not think that what he is doing is right you hould not lie about someone because of your feelings towards someone so please do not believe all of these hatefull comments

This lady that has done some awful things in her personal life now KARMA is getting even with her. She should be required to provide proof of where the money was spent and why were the bills not paid! You reap what you sow.

I totally agree; open the bank records if there is nothing to hide!

Glad to hear they will be reopening later this month!

Perhaps if the owner had been paying the manager and other employees and not embezzling money from her own business then the manager wouldn't have left. The owner was also capable of managing her own business; I was the network administrator and a patient that was unexpectedly let go without any notice and was paid cash without record of my employment. All she cares about is the money; that patient got it right, my prescriptions have also been effected by the sudden shut down.

how do you embezzel money from your own buissnes you need to stop lying because of your feelings towards the owner you are only making yourself look bad in the end when everyone figures out you are having conversations with yourself in comments of a news post

I was speaking of the owner of PAH, Heather Bowles, and her manager that she owes money to; not Mrs. Stripling and the manager that is reopening the clinic. From what I understand; most of the staff will be returning, and things will be business as usual. This is great news!

i hear what your saying. the clinic will be a better place , withou her. hope and faith will overcome. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU WHO USE THAT CLINIC!

There is so much more to this story; I lived with Heather Bowles before the clinic shut down; but my case is still pending and I must contact my attorney before I can really speak publicly about my personal knowledge.

don't you wish you could tell the whole story and the whole truth?

Yes, I wish that I could tell the whole story and the truth; but I have criminal charges pending because of my personal dealings with her and I must speak with my attorney before I can know how much of it I can provide. It is the stuff that soap operas are made of...I sometimes can't believe that I lived it.
