NACOGDOCHES—An East Texas man is arrested for allegedly driving his tractor while intoxicated.

Gerald Herbert Jr.was arrested by the Nacogdoches Police Department on Tuesday night while he was driving his tractor on the 6900 block of Northwest Stallings Drive.

Officers say they arrested him after they saw him drive off the road.

Herbert was booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail and charged with DWI, a class B misdemeanor.

A spokeswoman at the jail says this is not his first alcohol related offense.
