How do You think Employers Should be Prosecuted for Hiring Illegal Aliens?

East Texans say how they think employes in this country should be treated if they're caught hiring illegal immigrants.
when was the last time any of you walked into your favorite restuarant and asked the manager to gaurrentee that none of his employees were illegal?......when was the last time you made a contractor sign and addendum to your contract stating plainly that he hires no one but USCitizens?...how many of you have tyson meat products in your refridgerator? when was the last time you wrote a letter to your Representative asking about those gentlemen who were laying asphault on the federally funded interstate?

4 months agoFirst Offense.......SEVERE fines.
Second Offense......SEVERE fines and 10 days suppension of production per. each foreign national illegally employed.
Third Offense.......Indefinate suppension of production. Criminal prosecutions of culpable management level employees,board members and if reasonable CEOs and culpable share holders for violations of,among other charges, the Interstate Commerce Act (raisch vs. ashcroft.."the disruption of a previously established market"..in this case being the JOB MARKET. Loss or revocation of state and/or federal board certifications,permits,licenses and tax status. Full and complete civil and financial restitution to ANY US citizen found to be inconvenienced by the miss-use of thier Social Security # by any foreign national illegally employed by the company.
Also...I think it would be beneficial to see which of our elected offials have undermined efforts to secure our borders in a TIME OF WAR..................

4 months agoAsk yourself, whose going to cut our grass, grow crops and sweat out there in the heat, roofing, and make mexican resturants. No one! So what if employers hire immigrants, they do all the work anyways. What is this world coming too? Nothing but races. I wouldn't do anything to the employers. They are many different other races out there that come from different other countries that works here in the U.S.Chinese, Arabians, Africans, and etc.not just hispanics. There are some people who are lazy, I've seen it myself. That's all you here on the news, news paper, internet and etc. ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS!!!! So there you have it, I would not do anything to the employers.

ILLEGAL has NO RACE....but its still illegal....And you are correct that others ignore and abuse our laws..however NONE of those other countries can claim that 10% of it's ENTIRE population is here as is the case Mexico....

5 months agoThere should be zero tollerence!Same should apply to the kids of illegals in the school system.There really not even suppose to be there either.An they will have to close reynolds & kay,RpR, an most of txdot!Wait an see they are not going to do anything but give employers a tax break for hiring them!! And Whats up with the schools forcing my kids to take spanish?? They do not need to know how to speak that mess,Im just glad they get a C+ in english!!!

5 months agoYes, I think people who hire illegal aliens should be punished, and punished harshly. I've had to compete against them and it's very difficult.

5 months agoSo what, there are different people in this country from different other countries that are here working not just MEXICANS. This country is all about races now. Don't hate!!!!!!!! Because if it wasn't for hispanics doing your yard work, roofing, mexican resturants, building and remodel, would you be out there do it. Of course you wouldn't. My answer, I would hire illegal immigrants, even if they were Africans, Chinese, Arabians and etc. If it wasn't for chinese, we wouldn't have a chinese resturant, If it wasn't for mexicans, we woudn't have a mexican resturant. And boy I see a lot of people that loves mexican food. I wouldn't give them a fine or nothing. So there you have it.

4 months agoOn the contrary. I know plenty of people out of work due to the economy who would be happy to do the jobs you listed. Anyone saying that non-illegals would not perform these jobs is clear speculation and is not based on any real data. The only problem is that companies are able to pay these people well below minimum wage therefore maximizing their profits. Sure, you are correct, not all illegal aliens are from Mexico. No one is disputing that. However, they are the largest illegal group here in America. By the way, my favorite Mexican restaurant is owned and operated by a legal Caucasion family.

5 months agoi get so mad and upset when i hear people say "they r takin our jobs" come on ur jobs? Everyday when i leave out to work i see nothing BUT hispanics workin and they are at work from the time the sun is barely showing till YOU ARE getting into bed to go asleep. So if you think about it and read your history books they are in their country and THEY ARE taking care of THEIR FAMILY! To this day I have not seen white ,black, any other race in this country that is free for us show the same love,trust,and endurance to live for the than hispanics!! so next time your rolling through the drive-thru or eating at a really good "Mexican rest." remember THEY ARE WORKING" you won't are want someone else to do YOUR WORK!!!!! Oh, and also free aide for them that everyone crying about, I don't see any white woman or black woman willing to work till the day of their child's birth, not whine about!!!
