How should Government Cut Costs on Federal Level to save Taxpayer Dollars

if the gov. wants 2 save tax payers dollars then the state should quit lieing on the birth cert. of hispanics no i do not think its wright 2 have have hispanics put they was born as an american on their bith cert.as a white person when yours and i have the real nationality on it just because they came over here to have their baby 2 save them from being deported if u where a hispanic before u got here then u r still a hispanic afterwords put it on the birth cert. we can't go over and be born an hispanic we will still face the law of the land u haveing a baby in america should not save u r ur baby when get out of the hospital u should still have go back until ur baby is old enough 2 take the test 2 be an american national that would save alot of tax payers dollars.
