Sylvia Youngberg was taken into custody at approximately 9:40 a.m. Friday morning.  Youngberg was found in the 500 block of South Greer Boulevard in Pittsburg.  She was taken to the Camp County Jail where she was booked on a felony warrant issued out of Gregg County.

Youngberg had been the subject of a search that was initially based on a missing person report.  During this investigation, Youngberg was entered into State and national databases as a missing person and a Silver Alert was issued. The Pittsburg Police Department cancelled the Silver Alert for Sylvia Youngberg effective at 2:00pm on December 15, 2011.  Based on the investigation, it was believed that Youngberg left the Pittsburg Nursing Center located at 123 Pecan Grove Pittsburg TX in an attempt to abscond from felony probation.

Youngberg was placed on felony probation in Gregg County in 2009 and terms of that probation included making the nursing center her permanent address until her probation was successfully completed.  An arrest warrant for Youngberg was been issued by 88th District Court in Longview, TX.
