ETX man killed in Midwest car accident

An East Texas native is dead after a weekend vehicle accident in Wisconsin.

According to the Dane County Sheriff's Office, Sebastian Creswell, 26, of Tyler, was driving down Highway 31 in Westport, Wisconsin, Saturday, when he left the roadway, hitting a mailbox and a tree.

The passenger, Joseph Dickinson, 28, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, was pronounced dead at the scene. Creswell died after being taken to the hospital.

According to Creswell's Facebook page, he worked for Osmose Railroad Services in Madison, Wisconsin, and graduated from John Tyler High School and Kaplin University.

Creswell posted Wednesday, March 19, he and Dickinson were headed from St. Louis, Missouri, to Madison.
