Former Coffee City Mayor Frank Ross was arraigned Friday on a charge of illegal voting, a second degree felony.

Ross, 56,  was arrested in December 2011.

This is not the first instance of alleged corruption in Coffee City. Back in 2009, council members were charged with abusing official capacity.
