Family feud leads to shooting

LONGVIEW - An Overton man was arrested in Longview Sunday night after police say he shot at his cousin.

The shooting stemmed from an ongoing family feud.

Officers say Danny Kuykendall, Jr., went to his cousin's house to fight, then started firing at him with a shotgun. Police say his cousin then grabbed a shotgun from his house and fired back.

Kuykendall was hit at least once before running away.

He was later arrested at a local hospital and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
