East Texas — A 370-pound man and his 290-pound son are making their way through East Texas along U.S. 80 and passed through Longview on Monday.

Todd, 41, and Colin Gouge, 21, embarked on their coast-to-coast trak earlier this year from Tybee Island, Ga., approximately 250 miles from their Monroe, Ga., home, and will end the nearly 2,500 mile walk in San Diego, Calif.
