TYLER - Saturday morning around 12:30, Tyler police responded to a report of an aggravated assault on the 1900 block of Shiloh Road.

Police say two people got into an argument, and one person hit the other with a handgun.

The victim told police the suspect fired a round from the gun before running away from the scene.

The alleged suspect came back to the scene and was arrested for aggravated assault.
