LUFKIN — Lufkin firefighters are responding to a fire at Texas Foundry, according to authorities with the Lufkin Fire Department.

The Texas Foundry site is on the 1600 block of North Raguet St.

Officials tell KETK, the fire started around 5:30pm on Thursday, and crews are still on scene.

KETK viewers report that smoke can be seen from miles away.
