First Baptist Church Tyler will present its 3rd Annual Free Fireworks Festival over the lake, taking place at the South Tyler Campus at 17002 Hwy 69 South (just south of Loop 49 at F.M. 2813 and HWY 69 S) on Friday, June 28, and featuring fireworks, live music, activities for the kids, inflatables and food for purchase.

This is a great time for families to get time together in the midst of our busy schedules to see a professional quality fireworks show over the lake, to celebrate our nation’s heritage, hear some great music by The Magills, watch the Marine Honor Guard march in, and enjoy one another on the naturally beautiful campus.

Admission is free. We just ask that each person bring a canned good which will be donated to the Tyler Family Assistance Center. At last year’s event we had approximately 5000 guests in attendance and collected approximately 650 lbs. of food that worked its way into the hands and lives of many of Tyler’s citizens in need of extra help.

Our gates will open at 6pm for parking. After our lot is full, we will be bussing people from Bethel Bible Church’s parking lot across the street. Pplease do not walk across HWY 69. Our fireworks show will start soon after dark (approx. 9:15pm).
