Audit report reveals healthy fund balance for LISD

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; a financial audit report provided by Axley & Rode, LLP revealed Lufkin ISD’s fund balance to be healthy, but not excessive.

During the board’s monthly finance meeting on Tuesday, CPA Eric Carver presented the school district with the 2011-12 year-end audit report.
