Former Nacogdoches substitute teacher, Jamar Ballard, 29, plead guilty to having improper relations with several students over the school year.

Ballard was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

He was previously arrested in April after a student confessed to a teacher that she had sexual relations with Ballard in a classroom.

After his arrest, two more students came forward and confessed to having sexual encounters with Ballard as well.

Ballard pleaded guilty to two counts of improper relations between an educator and student and one count of sexual assault of a child.

He looks Upitty to me.

Sheila - would you happen to be a racist? Admit it and repent. I would wager that you are at your "Church" every time the doors open.

How outrageous can our justice (Guffaw!) system be. 15 years for consentual sex with a student. The accused in China fare better than that. Some murderers get less than that. Our justice system is out of control and the, "so-called cops", are worse than the criminals that they violate. The City of Troup has cops that are openly allowed to break the law without consequences. I reported such an event, and nothing happened. The lawbreaker was out giving tickets the same day. Take note Larry Smith.
