Former DaVita nurse found guilty of injecting bleach into patients, sentenced to life in prison

A judge sentences former Davita Dialysis nurse in Lufkin to Life in Prison on Monday.


On Friday, a jury found Kimberly Saenz  guilty of capital murder.

She was accused of injecting bleach into 10 dialysis patients back in 2008, five of those patients died as a result.

In addition to capital murder, Saenz was charged with aggravated assault against the 5 patients who survived.
