Former Denton Detective Found Guilty in Murder Trial

DENTON - A jury has found a former Denton police detective guilty of murdering his wife.
"Bobby" Lozano was convicted Friday of using his service pistol to kill Virginia Lozano in 2002.
The Denton Record-Chronicle reports he called 911 and said he had found his wife sitting slumped over on their bed with a gunshot wound.
