Lufkin, TX — A state environmental agency is investigating a complaint filed by a laid off Aspen Power worker.

The complaint, filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, accuses Aspen Power of improper storage of potentially toxic waste at the old Louisiana Pacific mill site and performing start up with non-biodiesel.
