Former Whitehouse Wildcat turned Oklahoma Sooner WR Trey Metoyer was booked into the Smith County Jail on Wednesday on an indecent exposure charge.

On Monday, February 10, 2013, Metoyer was seen in the parking lot of Anytime Fitness on Troup Highway. A female employee of Anytime Fitness reported that she observed Metoyer exposing himself while he was sitting in his vehicle.

Metoyer was arrested and taken to Smith County Jail on a $1,500 bond.

Metoyer has been previously charged for the same crime twice while he was at school in Norman, Oklahoma.

He was suspended from the team for those two incidents which police say happened in August and September of 2013.

Here's the KETK web story from October of 2013

According to SoonerScoop.com, the sophomore was charged with two felony counts of indecent exposure according to documents filed at the Cleveland County Courthouse on Tuesday. Metoyer is currently not with the Oklahoma football team as both Bob Stoops and Jay Norvell said recently Metoyer was taking care of personal issues.

The first charge stems from an August 29 incident. A victim told police smoking a cigarette on her balcony when she saw a black male driving through the parking lot in a red car. The male turned out to be Metoyer. He pulled into a parking lot and the victim said exposed his privates while sitting in car performing a "lewd act."

SoonerScoop.com reports the second act happened September 17, in Norman where Metoyer approached a female and was asking about a pen. The victim told officials she then went into her apartment to get Metoyer a pen and when she came back outside, he was also exposed and performing a "lewd act."

The Oklahoma Rivals website states on October 3, the September 17, female victim identified Metoyer in a six-person photo lineup as the one who exposed himself.

Oklahoma head coach, Bob Stoops told the site, "Trey has not been with us since prior to the TCU game and at this time I do not anticipate that he will return to the team in the future."

The university also released a statement saying Metoyer has been suspended from the team indefinitely.
