Sentencing set for Jan. 4th

El Paso — The Associated Press is reporting; a  Fort Bliss soldier faces up to 20 years in federal prison in an investigation into online child pornography.

Prosecutors in El Paso say 22-year-old Vincent Lawrence Gregory pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of receipt of child pornography, one count of distribution of child pornography and two counts of possession of child pornography.

Federal agents in June searched a barracks and confiscated two laptop computers. Investigators say one computer had dozens of images of sexual exploitation of minors. Investigators believe Gregory, since late 2008, downloaded images and video of child pornography.
