FORT HOOD (AP) - A civilian police officer says she does not know how many times she shot an Army psychiatrist accused in a deadly shooting at Fort Hood last year.
Under cross examination, Kim Munley told a military hearing Wednesday that she had said never said she hit the gunman four times.

Asked to identify the gunman, Munley stood up, looked directly at Maj. Nidal Hasan and described him. Hasan, who attended the hearing in a wheelchair, is paralyzed from the chest down from police gunfire that ended the onslaught.

The American-born Muslim is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder in the attack last Nov. 5 at the Texas Army post.
The Article 32 hearing will determine if Hasan should stand trial.
