Four Arrested in Hazing Death

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Four California College students are under arrest after a student died during an alleged fraternity hazing incident.

The California Polytechnic State University students were arrested Thursday in the death of 18-year-old Carson Starkey from Austin.

In the complaint police claim Starkey was pledging a fraternity and had to drink a bag full of alcoholic beverages.

Two students are charged with felony hazing causing death or great bodily injury, the other two are facing misdemeanor charges.
