TYLER — KETK sits down with Smith County District Attorney Matt Bingham to talk about Kelly Gage being released from the Smith County jail as early as Tuesday morning.  Gage is accused of beating his wife Patti Mchugh Gage to death back in November 2011. Bingham tells KETK where the investigation stands and why they can't move forward with an indictment for murder just yet.
