Nacogdoches County — A Garrison woman is behind bars after taking her anger out on a former boss.

Nacogdoches County officials tell KETK that 41-year-old Rene Winters shot at her former employer's home around 2:17 a.m. on County Road 250. The ex-employee had allegedly gotten drunk and began shooting at his house.

The homeowner returned shots, but no one was hit by gunfire.

Authorities say Winter had been let go from her job earlier this week. She is charged with second degree aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
