Geocaching: A real-world treasure hunt

Tyler, Texas — Geocaching is a growing trend throughout the world.
By downloading the mobile app, "Geocaching" or visiting the Geocaching website at Geocaching.com you can find coordinates nearby your location to lead you to different caches.
Navigation lovers such as Jo Kelly, or "Sand Bass Queen" as her Geocaching friends call her, and Vicky Drennan, or "Dream Cacher V," told KETK why they love Geocaching.
Kelly and Drennan are a part of a Texas Geocaching group that meets on Mondays in the Summertime to cache as a group with old friends and new friends.
Tyler State Park Superintendent, Bill Smart, told KETK about the Geocaching Challenge held at State parks across Texas throughout the month of June.
If you are looking for a fun way to enjoy the Summer outdoors, then join Geocachers across the world in hunting down secret treasures.
