Georgia Fugitive Arrested in Smith County

SMITH COUNTY - A fugitive from Georgia is arrested in Smith County.
U.S. Marhsals report Ezekial Ochoa was arrested in Flint Friday afternoon.
He was found hiding in a closet.
He's wanted in Georgia for allegedly raping a sixteen year-old after drugging his victim at the end of June.
Ochoa will be extradited to Georgia.
