Go, go, Gralyn!
Nacogdoches — Gralyn Crawford did it all at Palestine Weswood. He was an area MVP three times, honorable mention All-State twice.
The East Texan has gotten better at Stephen F. Austin. He's become an All-American. Crawford returned four kicks for touchdowns last year. He had a thousand yard season in return yardage. KETK's Danny Elzner asked him what does he think about when he's returning kickoffs and punts?
"It's like a big train wreck and I've just got to find my way through it," Crawford said. "Once I find a hole, I hit it and I'm gone."
Crawford is also a tremendous receiver. He was second in the Southland Conference last season. He's good at catching the ball because he was throwing it in high school.
Crawford has got them on the run with his runbacks. In one game last year he ran back a punt and a kickoff for touchdowns.
"All I've got to do is catch it and run," Crawford said. "The coaches put me back there because they know I can make a play."
