New Liberal Arts & Humanities building on A&M campus called "environmentally conscious"

The Houston Chronicle is reporting; floor-to-ceiling windows in Texas A&M’s new Liberal Arts and Humanities building allow light to flood into the main lobby and hallways, while the overhead lights dim.

It’s a feature that might not be obvious to students, faculty and visitors, but is just one way that the sustainable building saves on energy costs.
