Ennis to hold Polka Festival benefitting West, Texas

Polka music is the happiest music of all. So, put on your dancing shoes, and make your way to Ennis because it's time to "Czech" it out and polka for a great cause.

If you love to polka, listen to some great music, and help the good people of West, Texas, then please attend the fundraiser this Saturday, November 16, in Ennis from 11:00 a.m.,- 11:00 p.m.

The committee of the National Polka Festival, the KJT #35 Auditorium, and five very opular polka bands are sponsoring a fundraiser for West, Texas.

Where: Ennis, Texas at the KJT #35 Auditorium, located at 1216 S. Paris St., Ennis, Texas 75119

When: Saturday, November 16, 2013

Time: 11:00 a.m.,- 11:00 p.m., and doors open at 10:00 a.m.

Cost: $10 per person and also $10 for the BBQ meal

BBQ sandwich plates, hamburgers and nachos will be available in the evening. No outside food will be allowed.

There will be a live and silent auction, too! The five participating polka bands include Dujka Brothers, Jodie Mikula Orchestra, Czechaholics, Czech and Then Some and Brave Combo.
