ETX woman wins $1 million prize playing TX Lottery

Kilgore, Texas (KETK) — Jerelene Waters, of Kilgore, claimed a 50X The Cash top prize worth $1 million, the first of 10 top prizes for this game. The ticket was purchased at the AFM located at 3099 Estes Parkway in Longview. For selling the winning ticket, the retailer is eligible for a $10,000 bonus.
With more than $143.7 million in prizes, the overall odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 3.06, including break-even prizes. 50X The Cash is part of the Texas Lottery’s new suite of multiplier scratch-off games offered at price points ranging from $1 to $20 which includes 5X The Cash, 10X The Cash, 20X The Cash and 100X The Cash.
