Family, fans welcome 'The Voice' contestant, East Texan back home
Tyler (KETK) — Friends, family, and plenty of fans welcomed Stevie Jo Rosenbalm back to Tyler Sunday at Tyler Pounds regional Airport.
The Chapel Hill native has been making waves on the NBC hit TV show 'The Voice.' Rosenbalm was chosen by Usher during the blind auditions to be on his team.
The East Texan says he's looking forward to working with Usher and is thankful to his friends and family for all of their encouragement.
"My family, I can't ask for more. I can't ask for better family and friends. They're so supportive. They just give me so much love and support and I just, I really can't do it without them because it gives me a lot of confidence going forward," said Rosenbalm.
Stevie was picked to be on the sixth season of the singing competition after his rendition of Usher's "There goes my baby."
