FREE THROWS FOR SOULS: Giving to charity from the charity stripe

A devoted East Texan will spend the next 24 hours shooting hoops for charity from the charity stripe.

Tom Booth started shooting baskets at 6 a.m. Friday, and will not stop until 6 a.m. on Saturday.

The timetable works as such, Booth will shoot for 50 minutes, then take a 10 minute break, and repeat the process until a day's tiem has passed.

He has been doing this for four years, and syas he is humbled by how much it has grown over th years.

Booth is raising money for God's Open Hands Food Pantry, as well missionary, John Williamson, who is set to hold a Christian sports camp in Ukraine, soon.
