TYLER - "It's cynical, it's extremely political, and it's disappointing."
The wait is almost over for the Green campaign who demanded weeks ago all the candidates tapes by Grassroots America be released, but the victory is bittersweet.
On Tuesday Grassroots agreed to release the Chris Green and Larry Smith tapes but Donn Rust and Bobby Garmon's tapes would not be.
In addition, Grassroots America also said in a press release they would hold a one-time showing of the two videos Wednesday evening from 6-8:30 at the Lakeview Church of the Nazarene in Tyler.
While the screening would be open to the public that evening, no one is allowed to tap or record any part of the viewing and that is adding to the Green campaigns frustration.
John Pritchett, a spokesman for the Green campaign tells KETK, "We know that if all four videos are released, and that voters have a chance to see them, what they will see is the clear picking of winners and losers by Joann Fleming and the specials treatment that her candidate gets verses the treatment that all other candidates get."

Chris, its time to man up!! Your getting what you asked for, well I think you asked for it, kind of hard to tell if you know how to speak for your self since you need a paid Political Consultant from Dallas speaking for you. Chris your lack of integrity and character are really shining as you attack the group that you begged for their endorsement. You screwed up and your not man enough to admit it. If this is the way you handle your business no wonder you were kicked out of Hopkins County.
