Gregg County — Gregg County commissioners on Monday renewed annual contracts with two nonprofit organizations related to children’s welfare.

Both the Parenting Resource Center, which teaches parenting skills and provides education on the effects of divorce on children, and the daycare SeeSaw Children’s Place, were budgeted to receive $8,000 apiece in the 2012-13 county spending plan.
