A Texas State University student in San Marcos had a harder time looking for scholarships available to white male students than getting into college.

So the student, Colby Bohannon, an Iraq war veteran, started a group called the Former Majority Association for Equality, which will begin offering scholarships this summer.

Bob and Kaci will be chatting about the topic on East Texas Live at 11am.

It has long been past time to drop all pretense that any group needs special assistance. The 50+-year-old idea that blacks are deserving of special treatment has harmed them more than segregation ever did. There is a large percentage of blacks that believe they are entitled to the good life just because they are black; whether or not they work, whether or not they are educated, and whether or not they exercise sound moral judgment. Check the crime stats if you disagree!

Because there are no quotation marks around the words "Texas Minorities", the titling of this story implies that these are the words and feelings of your station. Is this another POV?
