TYLER - The 2010 Rose City Classic Gymnastics Invitational is taking place this weekend.

Young gymnasts from around Texas and neighboring states were out to compete this weekend for the top prize.

The event was put-on by the Texas East Gymnastics Club, and although there were some very young athletes there, some more experienced gymnasts also entertained.

Storey Morris, a national qualifier showed up and Alaina Johnson from Tyler also competed.

She is a U.S. National Team Member and was voted 2008 Texas Gymnast of the Year.

She's going to college in Florida soon, and she has a big goal in mind.
