Headless body found in Houston, chainsaw recovered

HOUSTON — (AP) - Houston police say they've found a man's headless body outside a vacant house.
They say body parts, including the man's head and an arm, were found stuffed in a trash bag with a chainsaw nearby. The bag was behind cinderblocks that support the home. Police say the rest of
the body was found in the backyard of a property nearby.
Police said in a statement Monday that they found the body Sunday after receiving a phone call.
They say they are questioning a man in the death but he has not been charged. They did not identify the victim or the man being questioned.
A woman who says she's the victim's former girlfriend told the Houston Chronicle the man being questioned was the victim's longtime roommate.
