Hearing will continue tomorrow in Judge Skeen's recusal case
New details on the retrial of a man convicted in a child sex ring case.
The judge who's set to hear the case is being accused of favortism.
Wednesday, Patrick Kelly's defense lawyer, Thad Davidson, says that Judge Jack Skeen has private meetings with the prosecution during the Mineola sex ring trial and should be removed from the case.
A retired judge was brought in to decide skeen's roll in the upcoming trial.
Skeen was district attorney before becoming a judge. He worked with the now Smith County DA, Matt Bingham.
A decision could be made by tomorrow. Court reconvenes tomorrow at 9:00 am.
