Heart Gallery closes and wants bill for CPS

TYLER - November is national adoption month, but one local organization that helped find foster children homes is closing it's doors.

The East Texas Heart Gallery has decided to shut down after serving the community as a non-profit organization for the past five years.

National adoption day is November 21st and 23 foster
children will be adopted in Smith county on that day.
