Heat taking toll on veggies

TYLER-As this summer's heat wave continues to bear down, local farmers say it's taking a toll on their crops.

There were plenty of people out at the Farmer's Market in Tyler Saturday. And although there were plenty of good home grown produce to puck from, people we spoke with said the heat is becoming too much for even the toughest of veggies.

One farmer we spoke with said his only advice for other farmers is to try and keep your plants watered.
