I assume that stolen vehicles are returned to their owners, but I'm curious about whether one's insurance would pay for any damages taken by that vehicle while it was stolen. Does anybody know?

They would be returned to the owner unless they full coverage and it had already paid off. If this is the case, it would belong to the insurance company. Damages would be covered if they had compherensive coverage.

I wish that they would find my bike, I only had lialibility coverage on it, so I am eating a 4000 dollar loss, as well as not having my fuel efficent transportation
